Programs
Undergraduate Programs
All candidates applying for undergraduate programs must present a secondary school/high-school diploma or another document entitling the holder to apply for undergraduate university programs in the country, where the diploma was issued. If you are still a secondary school/high-school student and you do not have your secondary school/high-school diploma yet, you cannot apply to SWPS University at this time.
Graduate Programs
Candidates applying for graduate programs must present a secondary school/high-school diploma and an undergraduate level/ Bachelor degree diploma, at the minimum, or another document deemed equivalent to a Polish undergraduate level diploma, or be entitled to undertake graduate level studies in the country, where the diploma was issued.
Candidates may be accepted to SWPS University based on a university degree diploma and/or admission interview and/or additional documentation, such as motivational letter and a description of academic achievements).

Graduate Certificate Programs
Holders of Bachelor's or Master's degrees may choose one of our 150 Graduate Certificate Programs in psychology, psychotherapy, coaching, management, marketing, translation, design, and law to continue their professional development. Admission information is different for each program. Please find a program of your choice, and follow the instructions provided there.
How to Apply
International Students
If you are not a Polish national, you must apply as an International Student.
All International Students applying to SWPS University undergo the same proces of evaluation regardless of their qualifications.
Polish Nationals
Polish nationals who have dual or multiple citizenships, must apply to SWPS University as Polish nationals.
Language Requirements
Programs in English
Candidates applying for programs in English at SWPS University should provide appropriate certificates confirming English language proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.

International candidates applying for programs in Polish at SWPS University should provide appropriate certificates confirming Polish language proficiency at CEFR B1 level or higher.

A. Application Fee for undergraduate and graduate programs:
- PLN 85
- PLN 150, including an artistic aptitude test, for candidates applying to School of Form
Application Fee Waiver applies to:
- graduates of undergraduate and graduate programs, doctoral studies and professional certification and training programs completed at SWPS University
- graduates of Wyższa Szkoła Nauk Humanistycznych i Dziennikarstwa (School of Humanities and Journalism) and Collegium Da Vinci, in Poznań
- graduates of Liceum Akademickie Da Vinci, in Poznań
- graduates of professional certification and training programs completed at Collegium Da Vinci, in Poznań

Important Dates
International Admissions Open on January 18, 2021
Admission Decisions are posted to candidates' accounts, on the Admissions Portal, within two weeks of the date of the application or the date of the admissions interview / examination (if applicable). The academic year will start at the beginning of October 2021.
