01 Practical management skills

During the course of study, you will learn the latest management methods and you will acquire skills indispensable for any manager. Our program includes carefully selected subjects without any unnecessary components. We believe in active learning through experience and experimentation. Students learn through workshops, group projects, discussions, debates and simulations.


02 Problem diagnosis, creative thinking

Modern organizations require that their managers provide creative approaches to management, effectively identify constantly changing needs of the digital world, are able to diagnose problems, and implement innovative programs. We show our students how to lead such projects. During classes, together with industry experts, we analyze various business scenarios and develop optimal solutions.


03 Experts in organizational psychology

The economy, business, and management are not always ruled by rational and quantifiable factors. Organizations consist of people, not only employees, but also clients and customers. Therefore, our program includes elements of psychology, which will allow you to understand peoples’ motivations and will give you tools for building good relationships, identifying needs and conflict resolution.

To effectively manage others, one must know how to manage oneself. During the course of study, you will discover your strengths and you will understand mechanisms of your own behavior. You will learn how to set and achieve goals and how to face challenges. We will help you to discover your potential and will advise you how you can develop it further.

You will learn how to build a team, motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and how to start and maintain relationships with clients and business partners. You will gain skills of effective communication, basic negotiations, and learn the rules of business cooperation.

Organizational management, developing a business plan

We will show you how to start your own company. You will learn what a start-up is, how to get financing to implement an interesting idea, and how to develop a good business plan. You will become familiar with the latest management models, basics of managerial economy, and financial accounting.

04Brand management

Branding and marketing strategies

You will learn how to create a company image and develop effective marketing strategies. You will find out how to develop marketing ideas and manage the marketing process with the use of the latest tools.

05How digital business works

New technologies and business processes

You will be introduced to key technologies and learn how to scale a business, a skill necessary for managing a company and evidence based business planning (big data). You will learn what a platform business model is and how to grow your sales effectively, using online selling channels.

06Evidence-based management

Business analytics and operational management

Organizational management requires an ability to assess clients’ needs and business capabilities of the company. You will learn how to acquire, analyze and report business data with the use of the latest computational tools. You will gain business statistics skills.

Projects in cooperation with business partners

You will graduate with a portfolio of group projects, developed under the guidance of business and academic mentors. The projects are not just theoretical case studies, but real projects commissioned by our business and organizational partners.

Semester 2

Community Project

Students are presented with a significant social problem. They conduct microanalysis of the situation and make a diagnosis. They offer solutions and observe how they are received by the affected community. Students learn effective team work.

Semester 3

Cross-Cultural Project

During this project students learn how cross-cultural teams and large multicultural organizations work. They analyze how virtual teams, consisting of people working in diverse locations, meet organizational goals, regardless of the distance between them, time zones or cultural differences.

Semester 4

Creative Project

Supervised students work on a project typical for the creative industry. The project develops creative thinking, listening to constructive feedback, and implementing corrections or required changes. Students apply team working skills as well as their own life and professional experience gained during the previous projects.

Semester 5

Digital Innovation Project

Following the requirements defined by one of the program’s business partners, students identify a market niche, develop a proposal of a digital innovation, and conduct market research related to the proposed product or service. They assess opportunities, threats and risks related to the proposed solution and evaluate costs and benefits of a potential real life implementation of the project.

Semester 6

Organizational Improvement Project

Students become familiar with an organization and diagnose problems related to a process in a selected area. They analyze good practices developed by other organizations around the world and then they propose improvements aligned with the specifics and capabilities of the client.

J2CC Certificate for our Management Program

Our Management program has been awarded the “Journey to Changemaker Certificate” by Ashoka, in recognition of developing students’ sense of agency and self-confidence. Following Ashoka’s motto “idea - belief - action”, thanks to the skills gained during the program, students become positive changemakers in their communities.

Application Step By Step

  1. Fill in the application form and upload required documents
  2. Pay the Application Fee (PLN 85.00) via PayU - you will be asked to do so in the application form 
  3. Pay the Tuition Fee
  4. Wait for the Acceptance Letter
  5. Upon your arrival in Poland, submit original documents to the Admissions Office
  6. During the first semester, submit the Nostrification of your diploma (if applicable)

Admission Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree: Secondary school/high-school diploma
  • Master Degree: Bachelor diploma (undergraduate)
  • Eligible candidates are admitted on the first come, first served basis
  • English proficiency - CEFR B2, IELTS min. 6 pts. certificates issued by University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate, the British Council and Education Australia
  • Entry exam dates:
    • Management: April 1, 2021; May 6, 2021; June 10, 2021

Application Fee

Application fee in the amount of PLN 85.00 should be paid via PayU while submitting university application through the Application Portal.

The application fee is non-refundable unless:

  • the program of study that you applied to has been cancelled (except when you decide to enroll in a different program of study at SWPS University).

Application Fee Exemptions:

  • Graduates of undergraduate, graduate, post-graduate and doctoral programs completed at SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities (formerly Warsaw School of Social Psychology SWPS)
  • Graduates of undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate studies completed at Collegium Da Vinci (formerly University of Humanities and Journalism)ych
  • Graduates of Liceum Akademickie Da Vinci (Da Vinci High School)

Tuition Fee Discount

  • Children of SWPS University alumni who enroll in degree programs at SWPS University are eligible for a 5% discount on tuition fee for every year of the program.
