Social psychologist, specializing in aligning employee competencies with jobs, advanced statistical analysis, adolescence, and informal human capital, including migrant potential.

Her doctoral research examined what is more important for individual’s wellbeing: alignment of one’s predispositions and interests to the profession or having soft transferable skills, allowing people to adjust to unstable labor market conditions. She is also interested in individuals’ alignment with environment and the process of adjusting.

She has written a monograph “Dopasowanie kompetencyjne człowieka do pracy” (Aligning people’s competencies with jobs) (Scholar 2019).

She launched a social initiative #MÓW_DO_MNIE_GRZECZNIE (#SPEAK_TO_ME_KINDLY), which aims to prevent hate speech in society.

From 2011 to 2015 she monitored careers of SWPS University alumni. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2016, she collaborated on a national project, the Polish Graduate Tracking System, conducted under the auspices of the Minister of Science and Higher Education, that monitored careers of university graduates, based on data collected by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

At SWPS University she teaches social psychology. She is also Dean’s Representative for Alumni Affairs. Additionally, at the Interdisciplinary Doctoral School, she is a subject-matter expert for industrial doctorates and evaluation, and teaches methodology. She also coordinates psychological practicums for students of SWPS University.
