Profile

Dr. Karolina Mazurowska is a cross-cultural psychologist, specializing in business relations. She is also a trainer of cross-cultural competencies and the coordinator of a graduate study program Global MINDS: Psychology of Global Mobility, Inclusion and Diversity in Society.

Her research interests include leadership in a cross-cultural environment in China, and support for Polish entrepreneurs on Asian markets.

Dr. Mazurowska is an experienced cultural advisor and trainer specializing in cooperation with various institutions and companies from Asia (some of her clients include: CD Projekt Red, Grupa Azoty, and Huawei Poland). As an interpreter of business Chinese and a representative of different Polish organizations, she led numerous economic and educational missions to China (2005-2019).

At SWPS University she is an undergraduate and graduate thesis advisor. She is also a visiting lecturer at Chinese universities in Shenzhen and Hangzhou.
