In the contemporary 24/7 world, many people suffer from sleep deprivation, experience difficulties in falling asleep or do not feel rested even if they finally manage to catch a snooze.

If you would like to improve your own sleep quality and help others who suffer from sleep disorders, you can take part in a study conducted by the HumanTech Center for Social and Technological Innovation, at SWPS University. The study will investigate the long-term impact of the Nightly Research app on sleep quality, stress and mood. As a bonus, study participants will receive free access to the app for 3 months, once the study is finished.

About the app

The Nightly Research app is designed to improve the quality of sleep by:

  • helping the user to fall asleep
  • decreasing the number of awakenings during the night
  • decreasing the number of nightmares.

The Nightly Research app is the result of a collaboration between specialists in a variety of fields, including: sleep medicine experts, neuropsychologists, and neuroscientists. The methodology has been tested and deemed safe by the Center for Sleep Medicine at the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology.
